• AWS (Amazon Web Services), Sweden – hosting and system operation
• AWS SES (Simple Email Service) – email delivery

All third parties act as data processors under valid data processing agreements. We never sell personal data.

4. Data retention

• Account data: retained while your account is active
• IP logs: up to 12 months
• Support and communication data: up to 12 months
• Billing information (if applicable): 7 years according to Swedish accounting law

5. Data transfers

All data is stored on AWS in Sweden.

If any technical subprocesses involve transfers outside the EU, they are protected using the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
